If your documents are expired or if we've requested a reupload, please resubmit them through the Anydrive app.

The prompt to reupload will appear when you start your booking. Just follow the instructions to upload the requested documents.

How do I deactivate my account?

To deactivate your Anydrive account, please submit a request through the app in the profile section. All personal and payment details will be retained for up to 45 days before being automatically deleted from our system.

Note: We cannot deactivate your account if there are any unpaid invoices.

My account has been refused

If your account has been rejected, it is because our security team has identified an issue with your account. At Anydrive, we carefully evaluate various factors to ensure the safety and reliability of our platform.

Our security team uses a comprehensive set of criteria and conducts thorough checks to verify user identities. While we cannot share specific details of our internal processes, the decision may be influenced by factors such as:

  • A breach of our general terms and conditions
  • Security concerns identified by our internal systems
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or evidence of shared accounts

My account is still awaiting validation

Our verification team is available 24/7 to promptly review your Anydrive account. Document verification usually takes up to 1 hour, though it may take longer in some cases. To ensure a smooth process, please upload all documents correctly as specified in the app.

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept a photo of a photo; the original document is required.
  • We do not accept a certificate of driving license issuance; you’ll need to wait until you receive the official driving license card.
  • Some licenses require an International Driving Permit; in these cases, both licenses are needed.

My ID or driver's license has changed, what should I do?

To prevent identity theft and fraud, personal information cannot be changed online. To update your details, please email a scanned copy of your new driver’s license to info@anydrive.io. Be sure to attach a copy of your driver’s license or ID card, along with a selfie holding your driver’s license or ID card for verification. Contact Customer Care Services through Anydrive app as soon as possible to ensure your driver’s license or ID card information is updated in your Anydrive account.

My phone number has changed, what should I do?

To change your phone number, please email us at info@anydrive.io with your new phone number. Make sure to send the email from the address you used during registration with Anydrive and include a selfie holding your ID card for verification.

Where can I sign the agreement?

You may read the Agreement and accept its terms and conditions in the Anydrive app online upon the registration. I will be request to digitally sign hand over protocol before you start the rent.

How long does the verification in the service take?

The verification process usually takes up to 1 hour, though it may occasionally take longer. You’ll receive updates on the status of your verification through the Anydrive app, or via SMS or email sent to the address you provided during registration.

Do I pay any membership fees?

We don’t charge any membership fees or deposits. However, a refundable fee of 5 AED may be applied to verify your payment method, which will be instantly refunded to your registered bank account.

Which documents do I need to register with Anydrive?

For UAE residents and citizens, you'll need:

  • A UAE driving license that’s over 6 months old
  • Your Emirates ID
  • A clear selfie holding your Emirates ID

For visitors and tourists, you’ll need:

  • A passport copy
  • Your home country driving license or an international driving permit

What is my password?

A unique sequence of numbers will be sent to you via SMS to the mobile phone number you provided during registration in the Anydrive app. Please note, if you’re using a non-UAE mobile operator, there may be delays or issues in receiving the SMS due to the operational systems of international mobile networks.

How to register in the service?

To register with Anydrive, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Anydrive app.
  2. Enter your mobile phone number to receive an SMS with a PIN code for authorization.

  • Photos of your passport or ID card (front and back)

Can I rent a car with a recently issued UAE driver's license?

If your UAE driver's license is less than six months old, you will need to provide a valid driving license from your home country with more than six months of driving experience. This ensures compliance with our rental requirements and allows you to proceed with your car rental smoothly.

Can I rent a car in Dubai with a US driver's license?

Yes, you can rent a car in Dubai using a valid US driver's license. Along with your license, you’ll need to provide an additional form of identification, such as a passport, to finalize your rental. This makes it easy for US visitors to drive and explore Dubai without needing further documentation.

Will my personal details be shared with other companies?

How to pick up the car?

Before your rental begins, you'll find all the car details in the App, including its location, make and model, and license plate number. The method for accessing and starting the car depends on the location and model.

How to book and rent a car?

You can select any available car through the Anydrive app, choose the rental duration and period, and click "Pay" to reserve it. Your rental will be confirmed once your request is processed, and the payment is successfully completed.

How to use the service?

Download the Anydrive app from the App Store or Google Play. Register an account by following the in-app instructions, and start renting cars directly through the app.

What is the minimum rental period?

At Anydrive, all our vehicles come with a minimum rental duration of 24 hours, whether you select a luxury or economy model. What is the rental charge schedule?

We charge on a daily basis, following a 24-hour rental period. For example, if you rent a car at 2:00 PM, the rental should be completed and the car returned to the Home Zone at 2:00 PM the next day. To avoid any additional charges, we recommend that all customers double-check the return time and date in the Anydrive app to ensure timely returns.

Is parking readily available when renting a car in Dubai?

Yes, parking in Dubai is generally accessible and convenient for rental car users. The city offers a wide range of parking options, including public parking lots, street-side parking spaces, and underground parking facilities. In busy areas, you may encounter metered parking zones where payment is required—be sure to check for signage indicating parking rules and fees. It's important to follow all local parking regulations, as you will be responsible for any parking charges or fines incurred during your rental period.

Limits and Restrictions

What happens if I return the car dirty?

If you return the vehicle with a dirty interior or exterior the customer will face a cleaning charge according to General Terms and Conditions.

Who will be monitoring the cars?

The cars will be fully monitored by the Dubai Police.

Who can drive the vehicle once I am in an active trip?

In accordance with UAE vehicle rental laws, only the approved customer is permitted to drive the rental vehicle.

Can I transport bulky cargo?

Transporting bulky cargo in vehicles is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in a fine as stated in the General Terms and Conditions. Additionally, you will be responsible for any costs related to the dry cleaning of the vehicle’s interior.

Can I smoke cigarettes or vape in the car?

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, vapes, and hookahs, is strictly FORBIDDEN in our vehicles. Violating this rule will result in a fine as outlined in the General Terms and Conditions. You will also be responsible for any dry cleaning costs for the vehicle’s interior.

Can I carry pets in the car?

Animals may only be transported in special pet carriers that prevent direct contact with the car. Transporting large animals in the vehicle is not allowed. Violating this rule will result in a fine as outlined in the General Terms and Conditions, and you will be responsible for any costs related to dry cleaning the vehicle’s interior.

Can I drive to other Emirates?

You’re free to drive anywhere within the UAE, but you can only end your trip within the Home Zone, as indicated in our mobile app.

Where can I drive?

With Anydrive, you can travel freely within the Home Area, which covers the UAE. You can view the Home Area boundaries on the map in your Anydrive app. It is prohibited to use the car for training, competitions, towing, or off-road driving.

Where can I park the car?

You can end your rental and park Anydrive cars in the designated Parking Zone specified in the Anydrive app, following traffic rules. However, ending the rental is not allowed in underground parking lots, on sidewalks, in restricted or private parking, garages, areas without GPS or internet access, disabled parking spaces, truck-only parking, paid parking outside legal public street zones, or behind barriers. Please note, parking fees are the client’s responsibility during the rental period.

How to return the car?

To finish your rental, park the car according to traffic rules within the Home Area in a publicly accessible space in the designated parking zone. Ensure all windows, doors, and the trunk are closed, shift the automatic transmission to "P," and turn off the ignition by pressing the "Start/Stop" button. Exit the car, close the doors, and in the app, go to "Manage Rental" and select "Finish Rental." Take pictures of the car, then confirm it’s locked by checking the door handle.

If the car is left in an incorrect location, retrieval costs and an additional fee will apply. Your rental isn’t complete until the car is parked in the designated area shown in the app, and charges will continue until it’s properly returned. Failure to return on time without extending the rental may restrict access to the car. Note that trips cannot be ended in private, underground, or mall parking.

What happens if I return the car late?

If you return the car later than the agreed-upon time, a charge will be applied for each minute of delay. This per-minute rate will be calculated from the original return time until the vehicle is returned. To avoid any unexpected fees, we recommend notifying Anydrive in advance if you anticipate a late return. This allows us to assess your situation and make any necessary adjustments to your rental agreement.

What are the speed limit regulations in Dubai?

When renting a car and driving in Dubai, it’s essential to familiarize yourself with the local speed limit rules. Speed limits differ depending on the type of road and location. In urban areas, you’ll typically find speed limits ranging from 40 to 60 km/h, while on highways, limits can reach up to 120 km/h. Always keep an eye on the posted signs and follow the regulations to ensure your safety and that of others on the road. Is there a limit to the number of kilometers I can drive?

Yes, each car rented through Anydrive comes with a specific mileage limit, which typically depends on the rental duration. If you exceed the agreed limit, additional charges may apply. You can easily view the mileage limits for each car in the Anydrive app before completing your rental, helping you plan and avoid any unexpected fees.

Is it possible for someone else to drive the rental car?

No, only the individual who has registered with Anydrive and submitted their ID, driver's license, and any other required information is authorized to drive the rental vehicle.

Do you have any restrictions regarding off-road driving?

While we understand that some customers may wish to explore off-road areas using our SUVs, Anydrive does not permit off-road driving with our rental vehicles. Our rental agreement excludes off-roading activities to ensure the safety and maintenance of our cars. However, if you're looking for an off-road experience, specialized companies in the UAE can provide this service upon request.

Payment and Documentations

My payment or deposit has been refused

If your payment or deposit fails, it could be due to a few common reasons:

  • You may have reached the maximum transaction limit on your bank card.
  • Your bank might have restrictions on online purchases.

We recommend contacting your bank to determine why the payment didn’t go through and, if needed, adjust your transaction limit. Please note that our customer service team may be unable to assist with payment issues, as they cannot resolve bank-related problems.

How to link a bank card?

To link your card in the Anydrive app, follow these steps:

  1. Tap your name in the app.
  2. Select "Payment methods," then tap "Show" and "Add a card."
  3. Enter the card owner's name in Latin characters, the card number (no spaces), expiration date, and the three-digit CVV/CVC code from the back of the card.

You can link multiple cards, add new ones, or remove old ones. Ensure your card supports online transactions and has your name on it. A refundable 5 AED may be charged to verify your card, which will be instantly refunded to your bank account.

How to pay for the rental?

Payments for Anydrive rentals are made in UAE dirhams, based on the selected rate. To rent, you must link a physical bank card with online payment capabilities to your Anydrive account during registration. Payments are processed automatically after each booking, so please ensure sufficient funds are available before starting a reservation.

Anydrive accepts payments from credit or debit cards only, and virtual cards are not accepted. The payment card must be in your name, and you may be asked to present it to staff for validation.

Rental charges, including any added services, will be billed to your card at booking. If you later add Optional Extras, these will also be charged to the same card. For Car Subscriptions, payments will be billed monthly, with the final installment adjusted to reflect the actual days used in the last month.

Who pays for fuel?

At Anydrive, fuel is not included in your rental package. We only ask that you return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at the start of your rental. If refueling is inconvenient, we can handle it for you, adding an administrative fee on top of fuel costs. For electric vehicle rentals, there's no need to match the initial battery charge; however, please ensure the battery is at least 10% when returning the vehicle.

What are the daily rates for a rental?

The daily rental price at Anydrive depends on several factors, including the rental period, duration, mileage allowance, car model, availability, and any additional options or preferences. For an accurate quote tailored to your needs, we recommend starting a booking in our app.

When do I get billed for rentals?

Customers should ensure sufficient funds are available in the selected payment method before starting their booking. Additional mileage costs will be added to your bill after we assess any excess kilometers. Toll fees (SALIK/DARB) and fines will be billed within 10 working days. Extra mileage charges may be billed mid-trip in partial payments. If payment is unsuccessful, the trip may be ended from our side, and the vehicle could be immobilized.

Payment for extra mileage

Your rental includes a set mileage limit. If you exceed this limit, additional charges will apply. The Anydrive app will display the cost per extra kilometer before you confirm your booking.

What is included in my rental?

With every Anydrive rental, you receive:

  • Basic Insurance: This includes Third Party Liability, providing coverage for damages to third parties, as well as protection against theft, fire, and other damages, subject to an excess.
  • Mileage Allowance: An initial mileage allowance is specified at the time of booking.

Please note, fuel is not included. We ask that you return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you started, or an administrative fee will apply. For electric vehicles, while charging may be complimentary at certain locations, we request that the battery level is at least 10% when the car is returned.

What is the cost of renting a car for a month?

Is it possible to rent a car for AED 1000 per month?

Absolutely! At Anydrive, you can rent a car in Dubai for AED 1000 per month. What costs are not covered in the rental price?

When renting a car, it's important to note that certain expenses are not included in the rental price. Specifically, you'll need to pay for fuel, parking fees, road tolls (such as Salik), and any traffic fines that may arise during your rental period. What is included in the car rental agreement?

A typical car rental agreement in Dubai comes with several benefits to ensure a seamless experience. The vehicle will be delivered directly to the address you provided during booking. Depending on the type of car selected, there’s a daily mileage allowance of typically 250 kilometers. If you exceed this limit, additional charges may apply, which can be viewed in the Anydrive app. Additionally, your rental includes comprehensive car insurance, liability coverage, and various perks to enhance your overall driving experience.

What documents do I need to rent a car in Dubai?

For visitors and tourists, the following documents are required to rent a car:

  1. A valid driver’s license with at least 6 months of driving experience.

Insurance and Deposit

Do I have to pay any security deposit?

If you rent a specific type of vehicle, we may require a security deposit from your payment card 48 hours before your pick-up time. For bookings made less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be charged once your booking is confirmed and identity verified.

If there is damage to the car during your rental, a portion of the deposit will cover repair costs. Should further damage occur, we may request an additional deposit to ensure adequate coverage. If the damage is caused by another party, we will hold the deposit until their insurance reimburses us.

After the car is returned, your deposit will be released within 3-5 business days, provided there are no additional charges or claims. If costs arise, part or all of the deposit may be held until the final amount is confirmed. Refunds typically appear as a cancellation of the initial authorization, meaning no visible refund will show on your bank statement—just the removal of the initial authorization within a few days.

What type of insurance coverage is included?

In the UAE, rental cars must have basic insurance as mandated by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). When you choose a vehicle from Anydrive, you can drive with confidence knowing that it comes with this essential insurance coverage, ready for immediate use. If you find yourself in an accident, make sure to contact the police to file a report. While the standard insurance covers damages to third parties, you can enhance your protection by opting for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for an additional cost. This will extend your coverage to include any accidental damage caused by you, giving you extra security during your rental experience.
